Are Pieces Of Paris Aaliyah products all natural?
Yes. Every product is handmade in small batches using natural, skin-loving ingredients and is free from harsh chemicals. Our brand was founded on the belief that what you put on your skin matters as much as what you put in your body.
Are your products handmade and made to order?
Yes — all of our products are handmade and made fresh to order. That's why orders ship within 4–5 business days after payment rather than immediately.
What skin types are your products suitable for?
All skin types — dry, oily, combination, sensitive and acne-prone. Our ranges are built around key ingredients so you can match a product to your skin's needs.
How do I choose between turmeric, sea moss, tea tree and rose water?
Turmeric brightens and evens tone and helps fade dark spots. Sea moss delivers deep, mineral-rich hydration for dry skin. Tea tree clarifies and calms oily, acne-prone skin. Rose water soothes and hydrates sensitive skin for everyday use.
Are your products safe for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes — our formulas are gentle and free from harsh chemicals. The rose water line is a great starting point for sensitive skin, while the tea tree line is designed for acne-prone skin. If you have specific sensitivities, we recommend a quick patch test first.
Using our products
What order should I apply my skincare?
Cleanse with a face wash, rebalance with a toner, treat with a serum, then seal it in with a moisturizer — morning and night. Our skincare sets bundle matching steps so the whole routine works together.
How do I use the hydrogel eye masks?
Apply one mask under each eye on clean, dry skin, leave on for 15–20 minutes, then remove and gently pat the remaining serum into your skin. Use 2–3 times a week or before an event.
Shipping & returns
How long does shipping take?
Because every product is made to order, orders ship within 4–5 business days after payment. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is ready to ship. If you haven't received an update after 5 business days, email us at piecesofparisaaliyah@gmail.com.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We do not offer refunds, but we gladly accept exchanges on unused items within 5 business days of delivery. The item must be shipped back to us with proof of shipping, and return shipping is covered by the customer. Email us and we'll be happy to help arrange your exchange.
